From comprehensive oral exams and basic cleanings to digitalized x-rays and extractions, our patients receive attentive, professional treatment – without judgment or negativity – regardless of a consumer’s ability to pay.

Our Dental Services
Our compassionate and experienced dental providers are trained in all aspects of general dentistry. CCH’s dental center offers a variety of services for patients of all ages. Our services include:
- Preventive and diagnostic services, including comprehensive oral examination and treatment plan, radiographs (Digital X-rays), oral cancer screening, sealants, fluoride application
- Back to School Exams
- Periodontics, including prophylaxis (basic cleanings), scaling and root planning (deep cleanings), minor gum surgery
- Restorative treatment including composite (tooth-colored) and amalgam (silver) fillings, and crowns
- Minor oral surgery including extractions, suture minor lacerations, biopsy, incision & drainage
- Prosthetic dental services including dentures, partials, occlusal mouth guards
- Counseling regarding healthy behaviors
- Specialty care coordination through referrals
Mobile Dental Unit
The Mobile Dental Unit program for Central City Health, a Federally Qualified Health Center, is designed to expand access to comprehensive dental care for underserved communities. The mobile unit travels to schools, community centers, and other locations, providing preventive and restorative dental services to patients who face barriers to traditional dental care. Equipped with state-of-the-art technology, the mobile unit offers services such as cleanings, exams, and fillings. The program focuses on improving oral health outcomes by ensuring convenient and affordable care, especially for low-income individuals and families.
Your Care Team Will Work Hard To:
- Listen to your health concerns
- Answer your questions
- Provide you with a team of professionals that will focus on all aspects of your health and wellbeing
- Provide easy access to services by offering extended office hours and after hours consultation by phone
- Communicate test and treatment results promptly
- Provide reminders for follow up and preventative care
- Coordinate your care with other health care providers on site and through community referrals
- Provide you with the treatment and guidance you need to care for yourself.
We Ask That You:
- Provide a complete medical history, including information about care received by outside providers
- Get to know your health care team and help them get to know you. Don’t be afraid to ask questions!
- Work with your care team to set your own treatment goals to improve your health
- Make your best effort to attend each appointment or call us at least 24 hours before your visit if you need to reschedule
- Share your medical history by asking any other providers that you see/have seen, to send their reports to your PCP
- Bring any medications, vitamins or supplements you are taking to your appointments
- Bring a list of questions for your care team so that we can coordinate your care together!
