Insurance Assistance

_{At CCH, all patients have equal access to care, regardless of their ability to pay for services. If you do not have health insurance or have questions about your existing plan coverage, we have staff available to help. There are staff available at all locations to help you obtain or understand your health plan coverage.}

We also offer all services at a sliding fee discounted rate, based on household size and income, for those who are uninsured or underinsured. We want all patients to have access to the care they need, when they need it.
