Charles Allen has over 25 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Payroll primarily leading and/or supporting non-profit teams with solution forward costing processes. With a Bachelors’ degree in Business Administration and Masters degree in Information Technology, Charles focus as a Certified Public Account has quickly brought focus on financial oversight and leadership. He has centralized grant accounting activities with throughout the City of Detroit including DPD, Fire & Health Departments allowing for standardizations in accounting, drawdowns and reporting for various grant-funded programs. Central City welcomes Charles Allen as Chief Financial Officer with oversight responsibilities for Finance & Revenue Management.
